Positive: Idyllic location in the countryside for a peaceful stay, yet only few minutes away by car from amenities (food stores, pharmacy and Gubbio centre. Great location to explore surronding Umbria - Urbino, San Marino, Perugia, Lago Trasimeno, Marmore falls, Spello, Foligno etc. Location is perfect for families with children. Lots of open areas to play, playground with slide, swings etc. Possibility of nice walks around the property. Thanks to the host Gabriella for whom nothing was a problem and to the sweet cat Puntino whom the children loved. A car is required to reach the lodging. Easy parking at the property. Great breakfast & good coffee :)
